In this message from our series Rise from the Pit, we look at the life of Joseph in Genesis 39 and discover three leadership tests every one of us will face:
1️⃣ The Test of Power – What will you do when you have influence over others?
2️⃣ The Test of Purity – How will you respond when you want something you shouldn’t have?
3️⃣ The Test of Conditions – Will you still choose integrity when doing right leads to painful results?
Joseph passed these tests not because it was easy, but because he trusted God. And just like Joseph, the decisions we make in private will shape who we are in public.
👉 Leaders choose integrity. Not by accident, but by choice.
If you’ve failed in the past, there’s hope: Jesus passed every test we’ve failed. His victory gives us forgiveness, strength, and the power to stand firm today.
